A first generation Italian-American, Jack was known for his love of Italian heritage. He notably travelled to Italy with his wife and admired the culture, food, wine, churches, and beauty of Italian cities. He and his wife Diane also enjoyed travelling to warm climates and beach cities, and were especially fond of Destin, Florida. Jack loved music, especially Frank Sinatra, jazz, and the singing of his wife Diane. Jack was an avid sports enthusiast, especially football. Not only did he love watching NFL and college football, he also played football recreationally throughout his youth and adult years. Jack had many friends that shared these common interests and maintained many friendships he forged as a child.  Loved ones and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, on Tuesday (4/19) from 4:00 – 8:00PM.
