The loss of a loved one to death is very difficult to handle. One thing that has always comforted me during such a time is the hope for the dead mentioned at Acts 24:15. Also the fact that one day "death will be no more" at Revelation 21:3,4. This is a promise that Jehovah God will fulfill in the near future. Please accept my sincere condolences.
To the family of Edward T. Smith, I offer my deepest apologies. Enduring the loss of a loved one in death takes it's toll emotionally, even physically. Yet, Isaiah 41:10 gives the assurance God "will fortify you...will help you...will really hold on to you" during such trying times. May you be fortified by the hopeful words He has promised at 1 Corinthians 15:26.-jw.org
Uncle Eddie was a good man always had a smile. Creator called on another beautiful soul to come to the heavens to watch over us. Sadly your only with us in spirit, no more of your big hugs, hearing you laugh, or your voice and words of wisdom. You are gone but will live on in our hearts and memories forever.
